Hahaha, the reason we love Nodame Cantabile is because Juri Ueno as lovable Nodame. Now, if you don’t know the series, you will still love this behind the scene of Juri Ueno singing Nodame’s Fart Exercise song.

So… just listening to her new track. Actually, did anyone find her switch to country a surprise? LOL, I actually think that was something that always lingered on her.
Ok, just to be clear. I like country music, ok? I am probably one of the only ones who will tell people straight on… “hey, I listen to country music and it ain’t as bad as you make it sound.” Some of my favorite songs are country songs… maybe not the fast-driven ones, but I love me some country ballads. So just a while ago I saw Ep09 of Last Friends, but don’t worry! No spoilers in this post~~ Besides, there were no subs, so I probably don’t have any idea what they talked about~ I just cracked up with this following scene so much that I had to share with you guys.
If you’re a fan of Disney, you might notice or remember this song in the clip is a play on the famous Zip-Ah-Dee-Doo-Dah song on the infamous non-dvd-released Song of the South. You can actually find a torrent of the film thanks to someone’s hard-working-self who digitized the film.
Aren’t Eri, Michiru and Takeru the cutest singing??? And I just laugh so much when Eri goes “Ruka! Ruka!” xD

The Saline Project has a commercial for Ugly Betty, featuring Mika’s Big Girl (You Are Beautiful) track remix for the one and only Betty Suarez, sweet America Ferrera. The commercial features all the cast (I think) through Betty’s Betty-colored glasses.
Back in January and February, I blogged a lot about the Academy Awards films, actors and people~ I had a list of the films I was to watch and had it all highlighted in colors of films:
I didn’t necessarily manage to watch all the films before awards, but I did watch a majority… minus most the films in the Documentary category, and shorts (live action, animation and documentary). But today it all changed, because I saw all the Animated Short Films, and I will share them with you (especially Julyssa, who is most likely to want to watch them also). The only clip that is not complete is Piotrus i Wilk (Peter & the Wolf), which ended up winning the category.
The date, September 1999… It was a Wednesday on The WB channel. I was getting ready to watch a new episode of Charmed, because I was (and still am) a fan of the supernatural. So as I used to do, turned on the TV at 7-ish in the evening, while doing some homework… re-runs of Friends and Caroline in the City would be on, and I would watch more than doing my actual homework, ha! – But that day… 29th of September (according to Wikipedia), Popular began. It was 8 pm. I’m guessing, and the show began as two ‘teens’ began talking in a diner. Summer vacations were over, and both were discussing the issues of teenage beauty. Is Sam foxier than Brooke McQueen??
I cannot utterly believe WHY I’m posting this, but… while rummaging through my dusty albums, I discovered the first album I ever EVER bought, back when I was 10? This is WHY we love the early to mid-90’s because the 90’s were tacky… if the 80’s were tacky in American and the rest of the world, we certainly caught up in the 90’s, people.

I’m sure the game doesn’t look LIKE THAT. But for sure the trailer looks 1000% AWESOME. A huge part of me just wishes this would be a trailer for a real film, I would totally watch a new Street Fighter film that looks like THIS.
