I was being a diligent updater and news reporter when I ran into my first Indian boyband.
Admittedly, I clicked on the link because I was curious with the name Meiyang Chang [1] in the Sony Music India channel… which is how I saw this version of Azul Azul’s La Bomba [MV] LOL
Anyway, there isn’t much information on this band called F4 (eff-four, I supposed? Or maybe it’s eff-char LOL) formed by Meiyang Chang, Parleen Singh Gill, Suhit Gosain, and Abhishek Kumar. But obviously… their name takes me all the way back to:
F4 (eff-si), the once on top Taiwanese band formed by Jerry Yan, Vanness Wu, Ken Chu and Vic Chou — obviously, of the lot, Vanness Wu is the only one I’ve later heard of because he’s been decently successful in his solo career.
