Oscar 2010 Winners

March 7, 2010 — 3 Comments

Red carpet is on at the moment. I have realized I can’t watch Red Carpet events anymore. Thank you incompetent entertainment journalist, and up-staging Oscar attendees.

If you haven’t checked the predictions, check them here.

Will be live blogging and posting winners during the night,
check back and refresh often.

Live blogging at Living in Cinema from the great Craig Kennedy~~~

  1. boring Oscar was boring!
I love Sandie but was she really worth it? Hardly….

  2. Well, it didn’t feel like it was boring
Last year’s (forgive me, Hugh) was boring.

I wish they had let the Original song performance,
if only Marion had performed Take it All *swoon*

The ceremony was more dynamic, but I could do with less Cyrus, and less Twilight… and more Lauren Bacall actually coming on the stage and getting her ovation, instead of just standing up from her seat. That was tacky, Oscar. So soooooo tacky.

And I’m sorry, I’m a 90s kid. I could have done without a 16 Candles reunion and a that HUGE John Hughes tribute. Maybe less screen time, but that long-running tribute was too much.

As for Sandie, Julz… Sandie B knows she didn’t have the best performance, this is why her speech was so welcomed. She acknowledge it when others haven’t…
