In a world torn by gender wars, Lesya and Kenzell must learn to unite and defy all the rules in order to expose the truth.
This looks freaking outstanding.
I haven’t watched Canadian TV in so long too.

As the years have gone by, especially the last two years considering my interest in music from Asia, I had noticed the age of my fandoms have been considerably dropping. However, it wasn’t until tonight — the world hasn’t ended, yo! But my world is crumbling! — that I keep realizing I don’t look my age and probably don’t act my age. I feel like a 40-year-old person when I talk, and I tend to get along with older people better than my own age group, but I look like I just got out of high school. LOL
I’m not really bothered by it, I vast in it. I’m just rather shocked at how this changes my perception of other people’s age.
From all the members on SunnyHill, only Janghyun is barely older than me. I’m super shocked Jubi (and Misung, if I may add) is a few months younger than me and that Kota is my cousin’s age; especially considering her look on Midnight Circus [1]. Also, Seung Ah. — Can you tell I’m just practicing their names so that I can finally learn them??? LOL
I honestly thought that Jubi (and all of them really) were well into their early 30s.
Then again, I also thought JeA was in her mid-30s and that Ga-In was the same age as her, Miryo and Narsha. Then I realized I have near 40-year-old friends and became just rather astonished and super depressed. LOL
Mandarin Ode to Vancouver Friends
So I had to write a small composition about my favorite city, so I picked Vancouver because it’s the only other city I can freely talk about. I wrote 130 characters — give or take — and made me realize just how much you can say on Weibo in 140 characters. Once I have a better handling of words, I might really do 140 Chinese characters music and movie reviews on there~
Mind you, this hasn’t been grammatically checked. xD
Tory: Madam President, in my opinion, people vote their hopes, not their fears. Baltar is offering them what they want to hear, and you’re offering them a bitter reality.
Roslin: I’m offering them the truth.
Tory: They don’t want to hear the truth. They’re tired, exhausted. The idea of stopping, laying down their burdens, and starting a new life right now is what is resonating with the voters.
I think it’s time for me to give back to Shirley Holmes fandom.
After years and years of Damon, the webmaster of Shirley Holmes Central, giving to the fandom… and even uploading the episodes (I’m mad excited about this!), I have decided to take on the subtitling cap. I’ve just began testing subtitling software, but I think I’m settling for Easy Subtitles. They seem to be easy enough to use.
I actually would kill to be able to get my Shirley tapes with Spanish Latino dubs and get the audio on Damon’s videos to have dual audio, but I’m apparently technologically impaired to do that.
So I’m settling for subtitles.
I’ve just begun, and I need some time to get used to the software, so I have no idea how long this is going to take.
It’s all about money, of course. The International Olympic Committee wants to retain all the control of its brand — who can blame them? — and to retain its control online, it took the social media control from the London Olympic committee, unlike what happened back at the Vancouver 2010 Olympics.
To Olympics lovers’ surprise, the Vancouver Olympic Committee was allowed free social media range, which they put to good use with online apps, tweeting athletes interacting with fans, the whole shebang [1]. I don’t actually care about online apps (nor Vancouver’s nor London’s), and I don’t care if athletes tweet. My only interest in the Olympics is watching the games and finding photographs xD
Cool photo, huh?
For the people saying it… it’s really NOT about the money spent, though that helps, of course. And since I haven’t re-watched the Sydney or Athens ceremonies, I’m not ranking them in this list (yet) — I’ll consider them ranking them if I find a download file. xD
In any case, I’m ranking the Olympics as I’ve enjoyed them and with some of the people’s commentaries trying to avoid all the political comments, so I’m really judging the Opening Ceremonies on broadcast artistic merits ONLY — these means how the show was seen on TV since I haven’t seen any ceremony live.
I’m also adding the information on each of their budgets to let you know that it’s not (always) about the money.
So here’s the on-going list. I hope it goes on and on for years to come!
Sochi, Russia!!! Where will you land in 2014!!?? *Updated*
Rio, Brasil!!! Where will you land in 2016??? *Updated*
Pyeongchang, South Korea! Where will you land in 2018???
Tokyo, Japan 2020~~~ Beijing, China 2022???

Real vs. Fiction
It’s a tough one, isn’t it?
We’re bombarded with fiction and fantasy in nearly everything we consume… there’s something about my food, though, and I don’t like it when it’s re-touched. I’m a firm believer that food photography — as tasty as it may look like when it’s styled and re-touch — should be “as natural as possible,” then again~ that’s just me.
I believe that whatever you photograph in food, you should be able to eat it afterwards — so you don’t waste food.
I’m not against re-touching photos of food… I’ve done minor color enhancement, and I’ve definitely erase bumps or spots that may distract your attention. But I’ve eaten everything that I’ve photographed.
So my question with this McDonald’s ad is… could you eat the burger, after you’re done? If not (I seem to notice that they’re spraying something on it), why throw away a perfectly fine patty, a fine bun, fine pickles, lettuce and the slice of cheese? It’s such a waste of food… just for a photoshoot.
After we’re done photographing a model, we don’t throw her away.
I really don’t know how I missed this trailer.
I mean, it’s got Yu-chan’s line in ENGLISH… broken English, but HER LINE IN ENGLISH. And it’s nearly a year-old video post, and I never knew. And NOBODY told me. T_T That’s the most depressing part.
I had talked with people who had seen Vampire already, and they’ve told me that Yu-chan’s part is small… but memorable (but maybe they’re a little bit biased). In any case, I’m not guiding myself by the reviews that came from Sundance because most of them… they were expecting some other movie about vampires.
I’m posting this today, because Vampire just got a Japanese release date — September 15th this year — but i can’t find an upload for that version on YouTube, so here’s a link to Wildgrounds.

Alright~ Bibi taking on My Heart Will Go On kinda took me by surprise — have no idea who’s on the guitar — but I like the arrangement they did to the song kinda straying from the actual song, because very few can give Celine Dion a fresh spin.
Bibi oversang a bit, coz I have the inkling that she was trying to cover up for something~~~
DUDE, his English. I don’t mind that you mispronounce one or two words, but all the lyrics sound like gibberish. It’s completely distracting, and a pity that had to turn out this way because it’s a really refreshing arrangement.
Then there’s BiBi taking on Whitney.
