Archives For Chinese

They got you, didn’t they? You thought, woah~ Ayumi Ito is playing a spy. But no~

Ayumi Ito items in English are often hard to come by because her (mostly) English fandom is non-existent. However, I did ran into this photo of her for the Mata Hari collection that Annie Lee did four or five years ago alongside Josie Ho and Hilary Tsui. I don’t know much about fashion… but all in the name of Ayumi Ito xD

Now it’s time for the boys~

Who made it and who didn’t? I was surprised myself. LOL Don’t forget to comment and share ;)

I discovered Fifi Rong on the Xiami compilation, and though her track Parting Life (在离别中生活) isn’t my favorite, I did start to pay attention. So I’m all eager to listen to her new material now, which is available everywhere from Xiami, iTunes, Bandcamp and Soundcloud~

My favorite tracks are Wishes’ Fault, and there’s a certain haunting attraction to Breathless. LOL

Let’s see what comes off it by the end of the year~

If you bother to scan comments from Marit Larsen’s (or Marion’s) fandoms, you’d notice that she has a sizable following in South East Asia (Malaysia and Singapore pop up a lot), as well as Latin Americans (Mexico and Chile are the most frequent), and it just suddenly clicked to me why this might have happened. One of them is, of course, this clip of M2M singing the Mandarin version of their Shades of Purple single Pretty Boy. Then there’s the even rarer version of M2M’s Everything You Do [MV] in Spanish- aptly translated to Todo lo que Haces [MV].

My Mandarin is not perfect, but it sounds pretty okay… as does their Spanish. As the Japanese would say~~~ ah, natsukashii na.

Also~ I can’t wait for Marit’s new album.

Li Bing Bing looks all regal in this shoot for the just-around-the-corner issue of l’Officiel China under the magic lens and post mumbo-jumbo of photographer Sun Jun (孙郡). See, I’m trying to be a good fandom blogger. With a quick search, you’ll find SunJun’s Weibo and Portfolio.
