  • Emmy Semifinalist Leak?

Ok… maybe not a leak.. official leak? I don’t even know if it’s real or not. ANYWAY!
I really REALLY don’t know how this Emmy stuff works, but DUDE! Marcia Cross name is in the list!

Marcia Cross (might be) up in the Top 10 Semifinalist that’s out an about online. MY Marcia (lol) is up in there against some tough competition~~~ including:

    • Christina Applegate (Samantha Who?)
    • America Ferrera (Ugly Betty)
    • Tina Fey (30 Rock)
    • Anna Friel (Pushing Daisies)
    • Julia Louis-Dreyfus (New Adventures of Old Christine)
    • Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds)
    • Sarah Silverman (Sarah Silverman Program)

and two castmates… Eva Longoria and Felicity Huffman.

So show some loving to Marcia! And read why we love Bree!

Sorry, no more comments since I don’t know how Emmy works. Moreover, my TV knowledge is rubbish. xD

I blogged this maybe… two weeks ago? Can’t bother to figure out while ranting. (more…)

  • Viewers Against Only-Dubbed Films!

I am NOT against dubbing… I have read that some people with viewing difficulties prefer watching dubbed films, and I respect that. This is why I’m titling this “Only-Dubbed,” I don’t have a problem with dubbing a movie, but what bothers me is not having the option of watching the subtitled version of it.

    Case and point, (more…)

  • Hotlinking and problems

I have enabled Hotlinking protection. People, I don’t have a problem if you post my edited images, photos and stuff and credit me. I do, however, have a problem with you posting my image from MY server [HOTLINKER], unless it’s on Flickr.

So dear Hotlinker, please save my image and upload somewhere else, coz it’s pissing me off.

My enabling hotlinking has screwed up with the following posts and image galleries…

    Yu Aoi
    Last Friends

Apparently Postcardviewer [and other related gallery scripts], and FlashNifties have issues with HotLinking. So sucky.

    *EDIT*
Just checked “Allow direct requests (ie. entering the URL to an image in your browser)” – so galleries might be working… not sure if Hotlinking works with that option checked though~~

    Once again… don’t Hotlink. Please.

  • Photobook Fever

Okay, I’ve decided! Japanese people are the master of things “must-get”. You’ve no idea how much will power took for me not to click on the “buy” button on YesAsia.com – I’ve got Photobook Fever. But Japanese photobooks are just so effing pretty, WORD.

I’m not talking about the calendars, or bikini shots. NEVER. Actually, I’ve never actively purchased a calendar or a celebrity photobook… mainly calendars, because western photobooks are not common. But calendars… my uncle once gave a 98 Degrees calendar (with a 98 Degrees album), but I’ve never bought one. But Japanese stars photobooks make you want to break your bank account because they’re so awfully pretty. I love me some artsy fartsy photos~~ And at the moment I want to buy those three Aoi Yu Photobooks on sale on YesAsia…. le sigh.

Kyou Konogoro – $21.49 *EDIT* – Scrapping this one in favor of Travel Sand photobook.
    Dandelion – by Rhythmedia – $37.99
Kaiten Table wa Mutsukashii – $34.75

And holy mother of effing god, Juri Ueno photos…. A Piaciere ($39.49) – Lucky for you, and for me… and photo lovers~~~ There’s these two wonderful Flickr sets online:

    Juri Ueno
    Yu Aoi

  • Oh, Canada!

    Happy Canada Day =D

LOL’ – So fast, eh?? It’s already July~~ Time just wooshes by, without noticing it you’d be 3 years older in the blink of an eye.

    Expect edits on this post~
