I don’t watch as much i.Sat as I used to, but this is my favorite commercial I’ve seen from them.
I’m so glad they have it on their YouTube account. xD

I’m aware this is not Coldplay, but I’m taking the liberty to tag it with it. LOL, it’s a cover of The Scientist [MV] — you know the one video where everything is backwards and cool — by Johnette Napolitano & Danny Lohner. I don’t particularly find the cover anything amazing, but the Sholly shippy video (which I haven’t been looking at for a while on YouTube) is pretty good~ one of the really few ones for Sholly.
Aww, remember when I was crazy for Sholly? LOL
I really like that the creator really took the concept of the video and applied it to the whole concept of her shippy vid, flashbacks and all. It’s a really good way to use all of the Shane/Molly clips on the show… though I wished the video wasn’t sped up backwards. I wouldn’t have minded some slow-mo shots xD
I decided to create another feature in here~ The Wannabe Distributor feature!!! Combining my love for film and design, I’m gonna pick films as if I could afford the rights to distribute them, and imagining I really am going to be showing these films at a theater near me, I’m going to pick suitable titles and “create” a campaign to promote it. LOL
My first pick! China’s little movie that could, Love Is Not Blind (失恋33天).

Ahhh, one for the memories~
I remember that I had bought Alejandro Sanz’ Mas (More) album back when it was released, so it’s one of the first albums that I bought when I was a teen xD
I might try a couple few more other translations for Alejandro Sanz, but in the meantime, here’s a translation for Amiga Mia (Friend of Mine).

Not like I have a budget or anything (especially for something Audi xD)… but this bike is NUTS! It’s got elements made of polymers reinforced with carbon fiber, and the motor — which works with a small 48V lithium battery — has the equivalent of three horses of power with speeds of 70-80kmph O_O
Of course, I wasn’t able to search for an easy price… so maybe it’s still in the prototype stage xD~
I don’t think I’ve been this excited about an animated short for a while~~~ it’s got great style, flow, pizzazz — great for those who love animation, those who love Star Wars… and it’s also very relatable for those people who are familiar with riding on a subway (or any public transportation!).
This short animation, besides being super entertaining with its stylish violence, it’s also part PSA~ teaching you to always give your seat to the elderly!
I think time-lapse videos have been in the decline for the past year — it was so hip to do time-lapse back in 2009/2010 and tons of them popped up in Vimeo and even on TV. Alas~
There’s just something very beautiful about light painting… so combining the two deserves its post ;P
Sure, the Volkswagen clip is CGI, but you gotta admit that a hover car is so damn cool.
Plus! With the Google Self-Driving Car – it’s so much awesome, right? Though, I’m still divided with the whole big car thing… I still think Dr. Nakamats might be onto something.
