Well, since it’s gone… I have been doing my mixing on YouTube playlists because I’m too lazy do upload new mp3s and new embeds for each playlist I decide to do. However, instead of opening an account, I asked Rojo to test it out for me.

I really wanted to change one of the songs, but the song I wanted to add has escaped my mind. I have only heard it a couple of times, so the group didn’t stick with me… only the description as “they look like the Japanese Rolling Stones” – They lead singer even looked a bit Mick Jaggerish with his skinny pants and his movements. The song name — I suppose — is KIMOCHI, but because it has such a name, it seems impossible to Google. Do you know the song I’m talking about?
The guys kept singing KIMOCHI, and I’m pretty sure it was written in Katakana.

Okay, my Chinese music has taken over my Asian music as of lately. So I felt I should make another playlist =D – I feel this is an interesting list, even though I couldn’t find a good video for Vae (is he that independent?), and was able to find only one video for Yuguo =’-(

I love how this list turned out, kinda like telling a story… right? Like just beginning your day with a certain energy, then chilling down a bit, until is not so easy xD and then bam! Liver-busting *laughs* – Combustion!!! Big Bang!!! And finally life goes on… xD
Just saw them on J-Melo! My first thought… what are these two white guys doing on NHK? I was pretty impressed, actually. They are fun to listen to… almost like having fun while listening to the Barenaked Ladies, only better. So I did a quick search, and found a list…
Monkey Majik is a group of two Canadians and two Japanese dudes singing in Japan-glish xD

actually… both those videos are pretty good. I liked Aishiteru quite a bit~
and Chinese in general.
Taking example of Julz’ K-pop YouTube list – But then MTV Iggy is not as cool, LOL – I decided to make a 12-song playlist in YouTube… mainly because I didn’t wanna upload anything here. Plus, as much as I love my cassette playlists via MixWit~~~ watching videos is way cooler.
The thing is, you gotta watch ALL the videos, and watch them in order because there’s a reason for me putting the songs in that order. LOL’ It’s the vibe. The videos I chose are cool to watch, music is great.
Hope that you enjoy them. And I am looking for more Chinese musicians and groups… out of this world music. Not simply pop. That’s a reason I didn’t name it MandoPop or Cpop list. ;P – Music like Faye Wong who is still not back, though Fayenatics are abuzz~~~

Wow, my iPod has some old music~~ haha. I decided to do a list by year, and foudn that picking a song a year is tough!! And it was a long list, so I thought I could split this up in a few other mixtapes. This one it’s a more varied one starting from 1940 with Carmen Miranda, and ending in 1969 with the Jackson 5. xD After that, I have enough music to do a 10-track mix per decade (one per year). You think?
