Emmy Awards Winners! - Tina Wins BIG!!

Did you watch? I did, but I almost forgot, ha! So won’t go on about the red carpet stuff… Tina Fey won big! Best Actress, Best Writing in a Comedy… 30 Rock also won Best Actor, and Best Comedy Series~ But as I said before… I suck at Emmys~

ALSO, House M.D won for Best Directing in a Drama Series for the episode House’s Head, which is by far the BEST I’ve seen on the show. Actually, I was ready to rant if it didn’t win LOL, because that episode literally blew me away~

I was secretly hoping for Hugh Laurie (House M.D) or Michael C. Hall (Dexter) to win Best Actor in a Drama, as well as Bryan Fuller (Pushing Daisies) for Best Writing… but hence, Tina WON which she deserved~ xD

My favorite parts were almost all at the beginning… Heidi Klum in a tux, I would’ve actually prefered her wearing the tux, instead of the stripping… it actually make me think of Britney performing Satisfaction at the VMAs, xD - Though, I didn’t enjoy the whole multiple host thing, and all the rambling…

I also enjoyed Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, her “WERRRRRRRRCOME” was hilarious, and note that she’s not pregnant~ HOW DARE WE! xD She’s gaining weight for a role x’D. And to end my faves, Ricky Gervais telling off Steve Carell about the Emmy throphy stealing xD

Vote for Emmy’s Memorable Moments!

The 60th edition of the Primetime Emmy Awards will be held on Sunday September 21st at 8/7c - and hopefully will be broadcast in Latin America by either TNT (latin america) or Sony Entertainment Television… but if you’re in America, just head over to ABC for it.

Anyway, that’s a little less than a month away… in the meantime, you can head over to the ABC Emmy website (click here) - where you can vote for two of your favorite memorable TV moments in the Comedy and Drama categories~~ (that means one moment for each category, people). In there, check the menu… you will notice the “memorable moments” section where you can read “comedy voting” and “drama voting” ~~~ knock yourself out with it. I am hoping you can vote for the Buffy the Vampire Slayer moment in the Drama category, from the episode The Gift… which could’ve made a GREAT ending, if the series had ended there~~

Loads of funny moments in the Comedy category too… like the Ellen moment when she comes out (and Laura Dern hugs her), and the I Love Lucy bit one… which had me laughing. Lucy always gets me laughing like a maniac. LOL

Emmy Nominations

First… sadness. My Marcia wasn’t EVEN nominated. Why do people NOT love Bree?? Why not some love for Marcia?? WHY??!?!

Then, yeah… I told you. I am rubbish guessing TV. But YAY! 30 Rock is leading…. 30 Rock rocks ‘coz of Tina Fey. What else rocks??? Pushing Daisies got a handful as well. xD

Emmy Semifinalist Leak?

Ok… maybe not a leak.. official leak? I don’t even know if it’s real or not. ANYWAY!
I really REALLY don’t know how this Emmy stuff works, but DUDE! Marcia Cross name is in the list!

Marcia Cross (might be) up in the Top 10 Semifinalist that’s out an about online. MY Marcia (lol) is up in there against some tough competition~~~ including:

Show Some Luvin’ to Marcia, People!

Way before (film) award season began, I came up with a For Your Consideration campaign for Marion Cotillard, who ended up winning! *woot woot* - the funny thing about the whole thing was that the graphics I made only listed three awards, the Academy Award, the BAFTA and the Golden Globe. Yes, she didn’t actually get the Golden Globe for drama, but she got the one in the Comedy/Musical, to the disbelief of some Ellen Page fans (I’m an Ellen Page fan, but… come on, get real. lol’) - Anyway, I had totally forgotten about the SAG and SHE LOST THAT ONE! Now I’m better prepared.
