I’m a dork, you can’t deny it.
I’m a dork, and I’m proud of my -mostly- tidied up iTunes library.
As with my CDs, and my DVDs… a little bit of books, and mostly with computer files, I like to know where my things are. Of course, iTunes makes it way easy to keep things organized with their “copy to folder” and “keep things organized” options, but then we’ve got album covers, song names, artists names… and music can get a little messy.
No, we ain’t gonna see vampires on Glee, fellows~
Entertainment Weekly reported, and has confirmed thanks to this Whedon comment that he will be directing an episode of our favorite new loser show Glee.
As you know, Fox has already ordered the complete first season (13 episodes, plus 9 more) – one of these new nine eps to be shot will have Whedon at the helm, after such classic musical extravaganzas like Once More with Feeling — the classic Buffy musical episode — and Dr. Horrible.
What the people are asking for?
Neil Patrick Harris!
Of course! I second that one!!!
For sure there’s a whole demand for all the cast of Dr. Horrible, and Buffy — After all, it IS the Whedonverse we are talking about here, but let’s not forget this is Glee! xD I’m sure there’s a lot of Whedon fans who are also Ryan Murphy’s fans (moi!), I;ll just be thrill for the episode. And I’ll spazz if NPH shows up.
PS: I also want Mary Cherry and Cherry Cherry for a cameo~

Sorry I didn’t Live blog the Emmys, but come on. It wasn’t that interesting, was it? Coolest moment? xD Dr. Horrible taking over the broadcast – hint, irony? – Whatever you say about streaming, still… downloading episodes/on demand beats watching things on tv. And as for resolution? There are big enough files that you can watch. Great HD quality. xD
As for winners?
I haven’t been able to read about all the winners, but some highlights!
Toni Collette FTW!!!! United States of Tara also won Best Main Title! Who else won?!? Kristin Chenoweth for Pushing Daisies!!! FTW II!!!! xD
The Beijing Olympics Opening also won (though I dunno if it won more than one) But it did win for Director for Variety, Music or Comedy Special – BUT! WTF!! Award given to Bucky Gunts? I think not. If the award should be given to someone it should be Zhang Yimou (or the Republic of China) because from what I’ve heard about the NBC Olympic Broadcast… it was… NOT pretty.
The Olympics was a gorgeous event, but the NBC broadcast was a chop-fest.
Grey Gardens also won Best Actress (Jessica Lange) in a Made-for-TV-Movie (and Best Supporting Actor), and Best Made-for-TV-Movie. Mad Men won Best Drama (again), 30 Rock won a bunch of awards – HBO won a bunch too. You can read all about… I mean, those “main” categories here and here.
I’m also preparing for 2009, though to be honest~~~ I’ve noticed that I don’t have many 2009 albums – so we’ll see how that goes. I’ve chosen Top15 Songs of 2008 excluding Soundtracks, except for my #1 for sentimental reasons.
