Even MBC’s Music Core is Doing an Ad-Libs Cut

I know they do stage mixes cuts, but this is the first time I’ve seen they actually include all ad-libs in a video. Like, the editor thought it was irresistible. And I agree. Music Core this era has had some of my favorite stages; the white outfits and the police outfits, but also the loudest fanchants have been those two presentations.

BLESSED.

Also, Mamamoo is doing Zany TV (which is aimed at Latinos), so DOUBLE BLESSED! Latino activities, chuseyo. Peru, chuseyo. I don’t have my Google account linked to YouTube, LOL, but don’t ignore my pleads! I do exist.

ALSO! Solo plans for all four, and more overseas activities. Must setup Mamamoo Fund. WHY LIVE WHEN I HAVE FOUR RADISHES TO MAINTAIN???

Lee Hyori on Making Money Doing Music on Happy Together

Hyori has been delivering on variety shows and interviews all week- people are loving Hyori’s Bed & Breakfast; I’ve been emo because of that moment when Hyori was teaching IU about life as a 20-something. She’s just full of ‘life as a celebrity’ wisdom. She talks about her marriage, controlling her temper, her insecurities releasing music, not having endorsements or doing commercials for a living, and trying to profit from just music.

She’s just realizing that you can’t make a living doing just music in Korea. I’m actually quite shocked that she says that Psy only made $38k with Gangnam Style. That’s a HUGE shock. I also hope that’s only what streaming and downloads did in South Korea, because I’d be super shocked if that includes the YouTube, iTunes and Spotify fees.

I don’t really follow Chae Ri-na, but even she’s super hilarious too! And, damn~ I missed Kahi. And damn~ Narsha the instigator. Damn, Hyori’s variety skills [1][2][3]. Damn, my Family Outing heart. I’ve had so many feels with Hyori’s Comeback -especially Black [MV] with subbed lyrics- and her Comeback Stage at Show Champion. And the crowning of IU, and the looking at the Mamamoo kids.

Yu-chan Website Revamp!

Where’s my Yu Aoi crowd, though? xD

I saw people commenting that Yu-chan’s website had gotten a makeover, and -I honestly haven’t visited in so long- it’s true!

It’s finally using WordPress (or something similar xD), and the site is incomplete… but it’s got potential! For once, it’s got a Photo section, which right now has about ten pictures. It’s going to have a Magazine section, which I’m supposing it’s only going to carry covers (not complete photoshoots, though that would be awesome), and there’s going to be a video clip section called movie, which is probably going to carry the movies and show clips or trailers.

Her whole profile is complete with movie, tv, animation, stage work alongside PB releases, and with an Award wins history list.

That’s all I got. xD

Download all pics, you know -sometimes- things on the internet are not forever. Specially with Japan stuff. xD

Bless that Soft Mochi-Cheek Leader

Mamamoo has been delivering all weekend, I’ve been emo all weekend. [I also finished watching Meri Pyaari Bindu, and I was not ready, yo~ Extra emo] I’ve become that kinda fan, tho. LOL The one that finishes work on time for music shows broadcasts, and sets alarms for VLive sessions LOL I’ve set up repeat YouTube playlists and I’ve been checking the charts every few hours. I pre-ordered my double-album (because duh! SUN-BAE-NIM leader-nim said so LOL [truthfully, though, I did that before she said it]), I’m still waiting for it to be shipped (foes of international, farthest away regions) AND I also bought the album on iTunes.

Confession! On teasers and first few listens, Yes I Am [MV] wasn’t my jam. Now it is. It’s kinda how it was with Um Oh Ah Yeh and You’re the Best— those live shows get you going. Have you see the Music Core one? It’s already been subtitled, fan chants and all, BLESSED! Thank you to whoever did that, y’all really take care of us.

AZEGAG, however, damn~ that’s my jam.

There’s different kinds of fans listening to Mamamoo~

  • Listener 1: Those who didn’t like either AZEGAG and Yes I Am (probably just liked You’re the Best or Decalcomanie, unlikely both)
  • Fan 2: Yes I Am > AZEGAG

Emo for Mamamoo

Happy 3rd Anniversary, Mamamoo!

I’ve been so emotional this weekend, and got more Emo for the anniversary xD

I always give a special shout out to all the people involved in MamamooTrans, who do an incredible job at keeping all non-Korean-speaking iMoomoos up to date. Without them, getting to know Mamamoo would be a thousand times more difficult and not such an amazing ride as it had been so far. VLives, clips, interviews, and most of all, fan meetings. Thank you guys for spoiling us as much as Mamamoo does.

As Mamamoo prepares for their comeback this week [Praise the L0rd! But let them succeed!], I’ve been getting my fix with Moonbyul on IDOT. I’ve been loving the girls in IDOT, but specially Somi and Seulgi and D.ANA. And now their Immortal Song performance, their most recent VLive [Did you guys stay up or woke up earlier for it?]. I am ready for the 22nd.

I already pre-ordered Purple — the double album version, I don’t even know why — so I am ready for it to be released.

Sorry about the lack of updates~

Been busy with work, avoided Mamamoo/Yu Aoi spamming, and caught up with Netflix shows (some). I finished the last season of Master of None, which was as good as the first season; except for an episode or two. My favorite was definitely Religion, coz I can inverse-relate. My family is not religious, but I live in a mostly-Catholic society and attended a Christian-Franciscan school. Anyway! That’s off-topic~

I also just finished watching the latest season of Orange is the New Black, and though it’s probably the weakest season of the lot, I realized that Laura Prepon in plain dark hair, minimum make-up, and black rim glasses does it. No black slightly curled, not blonde, not even red head Laura Prepon. So it’s like, Alex does it.

When Piper told Alex “I thought you might wanna go back to your sexy librarian look.” And Alex smirked. Yeah! LOL

We’ll be blessed this year at the Tokyo International Film Festival with screenings for Sakura Ando, Hikari Mitsushima, Aoi Miyazaki… and, and, Yu Aoi, yo~~~ I’m so jealous and so blessed, all at the same time.
